Ted Dawson

Ted has been a part of Jackson Hole for more than 30 years, with his parents and grandparents having lived in this Valley since the early 1940s. Ted knows and loves the area. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business and Psychology, as well as being a 4-year Varsity letterman for the football team, he went on to be a consultant facilitator for Franklin Covey Leadership Center, during which time he was transferred to Australia to help build the business in a new country. After seeing a unique opportunity, he and his wife started an importing business, which handled national distribution for Hershey’s and Nabisco products. When Ted’s twins were born he realized he wanted to go back to the land and area he loves best, Jackson Hole, a place where one can raise a family with all the benefits of an all-around life experience. Not many people know this Valley better than Ted. His grandfather was a hunting and fishing guide for many years, and he taught Ted the value and the beauty of this area. Upon returning he partnered with his mother, who has been one of the top brokers in the Valley for the past 15 years. Margie Barrie

Margi is a native Californian, educated with a B.A. in Art History from San Francisco State University. After graduating, Margi began a 15 year career with Gap, opening and managing stores, which is what brought her to Jackson in 1995. Margi has made her home in Jackson for fifteen years, enjoyin yhr area with her 2 young children, appreciating what the natural beauty of the area and community offer in outdoor activities and culture. Kent Hobson

Growing up in Jackson Hole, I take pride in my community and enjoy all that this beautiful valley has to offer. After high school I joined the Army and spent four years serving as a U.S. Army Ranger where I was deployed numerous times to Afghanistan and Iraq. My Army experience has facilitated in shaping who I am today. After the Army, I continued my studies at the University of Wyoming where I majored in history. Following undergraduate school, I have returned to Jackson, and am excited to be working in Jackson’s versatile real estate market.

Jeff Dupont

Jeff is originally from Maui, Hawaii and Barrington, Rhode Island. He earned his BS from Clarkson University in ’89. With a pickup truck, his dog and his skies he set out for the Rocky Mountains in the winter of ’91. He has been an active investor in the area real estate market ever since. Jeff’s experience with resort property, ranch land and several personal developments have given him a very wide perspective on Wyoming and Idaho Real Estate.

Derek Goodson

Derek is the responsible broker and one of the owners of Spring Creek Ranch Realty. Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Derek has lived in Stowe, Vermont, Mercersburg, Pennsylvania and now in Jackson Hole. He has an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Vermont. For over twenty-five years, Derek has been involved in resort operations and in resort and real estate development at such notable resorts as Spring Creek Ranch, Amangani, Topnotch at Stowe, and Whitetail Resort.

Derek and his wife, Sandra, have been married for twenty-one years. They have lived in Jackson Hole for nine years and especially enjoy skiing and hiking among the many other aspects of Jackson.
